Chic-argo was the brainchild of our director Anthony Toward who spotted the need for an exclusive ladies fashion boutique in Bishop Auckland.
Anthony – who married ‘chic’ and ‘cargo’ to give the shop its name – wanted to give customers a complete buying experience as well as the chance to buy individual pieces. Our “Chic Boutique” was born.
Our staff are dedicated to helping you find the right dress, skirt or other piece of clothing that will complement your body shape.
Situated in historic Forebondgate, we are passionate about giving you the chance to buy designer clothing that is individual and incredibly keenly priced.
From day one, we were determined to buy fashion in small numbers and choose the most individual, high quality designers, so there is little chance of you ever bumping into someone at a party wearing the same piece.
